  • Monitor product performance, competitiveness, and profitability
  • Provide technical expertise and training to internal stakeholders
Technical & Application Support
  • Deliver on‑site and remote technical support (machine trials, testing, troubleshooting)
  • Support customers during industrial trials and start‑ups
  • Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
Collaboration
  • Act as technical interface between customers and internal teams
  • Collect and structure customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support Sales during customer meetings and project discussions
  • Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events
Who are you?
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Textile Technology, or a related field
  • You have experience in product management, technical support, or application engineering within an industrial environment
  • You are analytical, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented
  • You combine strategic thinking with a practical, customer‑focused approach
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and are willing to travel regularly within EMEA
  • You are fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
What do we offer?
  • A key hybrid role with strong impact on product success and customer satisfaction
  • An international position with exposure across the EMEA region
