Regional Technical Sales Manager
Location: Northeast United States (Preferred: Philadelphia, PA / Southern New Jersey Area)
Department: Sales
Travel: Approximately 50%

Position Summary
ProcessBarron is seeking a Regional Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the Northeast region. This role is responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through project execution and post-job follow-up.
The ideal candidate will have experience serving industrial customers in the Waste-to-Energy, Cement, Biomass, and/or Pulp & Paper industries and possess a strong technical background that enables them to develop practical, value-driven solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, quoting, contract review, project execution support, and post-project follow-up.
Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of ProcessBarron's products, services, and capabilities.
Provide customers with cost-effective technical solutions involving equipment, services, and replacement parts.
Submit and track RFQs through internal systems and processes.
Monitor proposal and contract activity and follow up with customers as needed.
Track and report contract awards and sales performance metrics, including win/loss activity.
Coordinate with Operations, Field Services, and Safety teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and successfully executed.
Monitor active projects to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion.
Proactively manage project changes and opportunities for change orders.
Support customer needs following project completion, including deliverables, outage reports, and billing-related inquiries.
Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and support ongoing sales initiatives.
Maintain awareness of customer outage schedules and business needs.
Submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid driver's license. Ability to travel approximately 50%.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
