Customer Service Representative Location: Knightdale, NC Schedule: Onsite, M-F 8AM-5PM Our client is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a well-established supplier serving the Printed Circuit Board industry's global supply chain. Responsibilities include: - Answer phone and email inquiries to assist customers - Quote pricing in line with appropriate gross margin guidelines - Process customer purchase orders through the ERP system - Invoice completed orders and send confirmations to customers - Coordinate with suppliers and internal team members to meet customer needs - Communicate with the warehouse on tracking, order status, and inventory Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - High School diploma or equivalent - Valid Driver's License - Computer proficiency with ERP system experience Preferred: - Experience in the manufacturing industry - Experience with in a warehouse, ability to assist in the warehouse as needed - Inventory management knowledge By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
