What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians.

Drive service excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Support technicians with advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.

Partner with dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency and technician productivity.

Manage customer concerns and warranty-related issues.

Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop top HVAC talent.

Monitor service performance, productivity, quality, and key operational metrics.

Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, control systems, and equipment documentation.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company safety standards.

Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.

Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of HVAC industry experience, including service leadership or management.

Strong residential and commercial HVAC technical knowledge.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and retain service technicians.

Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving skills.

ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel.

Knowledge of HVAC codes, controls, diagnostics, and industry best practices.

Valid driver's license.
