Job description

Agile is seeking an experiencedICD 705, Construction Security, and TEMPEST Subject Matter Expert (SME)to provide technical expertise, training, and guidance supporting the design, construction, accreditation, and protection of classified facilities, including SCIFs and SAPFs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the following areas:

  • ICD 705 / Site Security Manager (SSM):Provide expertise in ICD 705 requirements, secure facility construction, SSM responsibilities, inspections, compliance, and implementation of physical and technical security standards.
  • Construction Security Plans & Accreditation:Develop, review, and instruct on Construction Security Plans (CSPs), Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs), construction documentation, security inspections, and SCIF/SAPF accreditation requirements.
  • RF Shielding & TEMPEST:Provide expertise in RF/EMI shielding, TEMPEST/EMSEC countermeasures, RED/BLACK separation, grounding and bonding, penetrations, filters, shielding effectiveness, and secure facility protection against compromising emanations.

Preferred Qualifications:10+ years of experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or classified facility programs; strong knowledge of ICD 705 and associated technical specifications; direct SCIF/SAPF construction and accreditation experience; and prior experience as anSSM, security engineer, construction security specialist, CTTA/TEMPEST professional, or ICD 705 SME.

Clearance:Active or previously heldTS/SCIstrongly preferred.

Candidates with demonstratedinstructor, curriculum development, or adult technical training experience are highly desirable.
