Hours: ย 195 days, 1560 hours
ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  5 days per week, 8 hours per day (school year)
Minimum Qualifications:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework or degree preferred
  • Recent, successful experience in a secretarial or administrative role handling diverse, multi-duty functions
  • Thorough knowledge of modern office procedures and proficiency in operating standard office equipment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs and Sheets) and school management software (DASL and ProgressBook preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude, including excellent keyboarding skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software, programs, and devices
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, welcoming, and public service-minded demeanor
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support administrators, staff, students, and parents
  • Ability to take direction well, work independently, and constructively apply feedback
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Consistent use of excellent judgment, tact, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
  • Must successfully pass BCI/FBI criminal background checks and a pre-employment drug screening
