We are seeking a dynamic Salespersonto join our growing team at DMG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales to both new and existing clients. In this role, you will accelerate growth across our rapidly expanding portfolio of building technologies. You will shape how top-tier customers—research facilities, hospitals, universities, and pharmaceutical clients— invest in critical environment services, DDC controls, and HVAC equipment solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell DMG equipment,** lab controls projects,** service offerings directly to owners.Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential customers andunderstanding their service needs.
  • Develop and present tailored service solutions, including maintenance plans, equipment retrofits, and after-sales support packages.
  • Build strong relationships with key end-user owners across major vertices, including factory partners while supporting broader sales team.
  • Influence purchasing decisions for lab controls, DDC controls, and HVACequipment/services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract signing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Address any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of technical sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of after-sales services, maintenance plans, and service contracts.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems and controls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Starting at $100,000 annually plus commission.
