In this role,ย youโ€™llย lead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of laboratory equipment services that support the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries. Acting as a strategic business owner,ย youโ€™llย identifyย market opportunities, shape service offerings, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, customer experience, and market expansion.ย

What You'll Take Ownership Ofย 

  • Act as the business owner and subject matter expert for Lab Equipment Services
  • Define and execute service strategy, positioning, and growth initiativesย 
  • Monitor voice-of-customer, voice-of-market, and competitive trendsย 
  • Develop pricing and monetization strategies to support revenue and margin targetsย 
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives and commercialization effortsย 
  • Support channel readiness and operational alignmentย 
  • Drive thought leadership and demand generation programsย

  • Partner cross-functionally with teams fromย Sales, Marketing & Operations
  • Work closely with customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders toย identifyย market needs and growth opportunitiesย

What You'll Bringย 

  • 5+ years of product management and/or marketing experience, preferably within services-based environmentsย 
  • Experience within laboratory services, life sciences, diagnostics, analytical chemistry, or regulated industries preferredย 
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and regulatory compliance environmentsย 
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and executionย 
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting commercialization initiativesย 
  • Track recordย of driving results through cross-functional collaborationย 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsย 
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field preferredย
