Primary Skill : Oracle Agile PLM
At least 5 year experience with Oracle Agile PLM solution with expertise
on Product Collaboration, PG&C, Product Portfolio Management modules. Strong leadership skills, excellent driver with PLM functional background in conducting Business/Technical Process workshops, fit gap analysis, identify scope, strategy & approach with best practices, gathering data migration requirements (Quantification & Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data transformation, etc..)
Strong skill sets of analysis of business requirements, risks, risk mitigation, challenges, concerns and ability to provide best practice solution
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with others at all levels on large scale projects
Must have deep understanding of Agile Configuration and Customization (SDK, WebServices, AIS, ACS, Events) with at least 3 years working experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of complex PLM business processes, business rules, change management, document control, and Engineering processes in High Tech Industry
Extensive knowledge & understanding of end-to-end business process alignments, workflows, data security model, Agile PLM solution design, Configuration of attributes, definition of Privileges/Roles and User Groups, Change Order / Workflow and criteria definition
Ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed team environment Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with customers, peers, and matrix team members
Collaborating with Oracle Support team and other vendor resources to resolve product bugs
Strong experience with SDLC, Agile methodology, Code Review, Software Security & Vulnerability.
Familiar with Weblogic, Oracle Database, Oracle Enterprise Linux, LDAP, Agile PLM clustered architecture configurations
Ability to think out of the box and provide innovative solutions to address
some of the complex customizations and issues
Should have strong working experience & knowledge of Java with at least 4 years experience in Industry standard open frameworks
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with exposure in working with both functional and technical teams
Must have at least 4 years experience of Eclipse with understanding of debug features
Willing and able to take up challenging and work on multiple projects at the same time.
Experience with Client PLM processes and tools is a plus
