Title: Research Scientist Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 6 months 100% onsite KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead and support research and development projects for diagnostic assay products. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to solve technical challenges. Interpret data and translate research findings into product development opportunities.

Serve as a technical expert and mentor junior team members. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve scientific and business goals.

Support process improvements and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. QUALIFICATIONS PhD in a field related to essential duties; or Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of PhD; or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of PhD. Experience designing and conducting complex experiments.

Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and scientific communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
