The corporate Quality Management Office (QMO) focuses on establishing a comprehensive process and quality infrastructure for SPA to consistently deliver on its promise of excellence to our customers.

SPA has an immediate need for a Senior Quality Manager with extensive Quality audit expertise. The Senior Quality Manager will lead enterprise-wide quality initiatives, oversee end-to-end audit lifecycles, and ensure compliance with CMMI and ISO standards across multiple sites. This role requires strong expertise in CAPA management, process performance, and internal training. The ideal candidate will have a background in large-scale organizational environments and demonstrate technical proficiency in configuration management tools and quality knowledge base management. 

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of professional experience in Quality Management, including extensive involvement with CMMI and ISO 9001 audit planning and execution and hands-on coordination of multisite audit activities. A minimum of five years of experience working within a large organization is required, with experience in multisite or public companies being highly desirable. This role requires full lifecycle audit management - from planning and scheduling to execution, reporting, and follow-up including deep expertise in CAPA processes, including root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and effectiveness monitoring.

The successful candidate will have experience conducting internal process development activities and related trainings, along with demonstrated capability in measuring and analyzing process performance using metrics, dashboards, and datadriven insights. This position also involves managing quality and process-related knowledge bases, documentation repositories, and standard process libraries, supported by technical proficiency with configuration tools used for governing quality systems. The candidate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and cross-functional leadership experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Quality Management experience, including work within large organizations.
  • Extensive CMMI and ISO audit expertise covering multisite coordination and full audit lifecycle management.
  • ISO Lead Auditor and CMMI Practitioner certifications.
  • Strong CAPA management skills, including root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action development, and effectiveness monitoring.
  • Experience developing business processes and related trainings, managing process/quality documentation repositories, and using configuration tools for quality system governance.
  • Proficiency in process performance measurement and analysis using metrics, dashboards, and datadriven insights.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control including use of Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Prior CMMI ATM experience.
  • Strong Risk Management Background.
