We're seeking a detail-oriented Technical Publications Specialist to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports our products and customers. This role works closely with engineering, product management, and quality teams to ensure our documentation is both technically accurate and easy to understand.

Requirements

  • Develop, write, and edit technical manuals, procedures, and product documentation
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure content accuracy
  • Create and maintain technical specifications and test documentation
  • Produce and manage both digital and print documentation
  • Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and formatting across all materials
  • Maintain and update documentation, including version control and revision

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical writing or a related field
  • Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for a wide audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
