HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • The PM serves as the Governments primary POC
  • The PM is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall contract performance
  • The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, to include both technical issues and businesses processes
  • The PM will be proactive in alerting the Government to potential issues and resource limitation issues

Required Qualifications

  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI), Program Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification. Proposed PM must include certification and/or certification number
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI)
  • BA/BS or equivalent and minimum of ten years experience providing DoD project management managing a cross-functional team of professionals in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience leading a team 150+ personnel on contract activities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in one of the following fields of study: Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Experience with overseeing and implementing large-scale DoD programs and initiatives
  • program management experience in rapid acquisition development projects
  • Five years of experience leading a team utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
