Overview
Responsible for managing technical project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in support of enterprise technology initiatives. Applies basic knowledge of project management methodologies to coordinate activities across technical teams, business units, and vendors. Supports risk tracking, documentation, and reporting using standard project tools. Contributes to the successful execution of projects by ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and compliance requirements. Identifies ways to accelerate or improve delivery using AI tools, automation, or process improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute technical projects that contribute to enterprise-scale solutions and technology initiatives
  • Develop project roadmaps, schedules, and resource tracking aligned with technical and business goals
  • Plan, monitor, and update project budgets to support accurate financial tracking and alignment with approved funding
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and monitor project progress
  • Apply technical project management tools and templates to support consistent execution and reporting
  • Identify and escalate technical risks, issues, and dependencies to senior project leaders
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to support technical feasibility and delivery
  • Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and updates for stakeholder communication
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, security policies, and governance standards
  • Participate in issue resolution and support change management activities
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to technical project knowledge sharing
  • Support the adoption of technical project management methodologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with enabling functions to support business readiness and operational alignment
  • Participate in initiative planning and contribute to project coordination efforts
  • Represent technical project management in team-level planning and delivery discussions
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant project management experience, supporting technical project teams
  • Proficient in managing technical project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, IT, and vendor teams
  • Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise projects
  • Experience with coordinating technical teams, managing vendor deliverables, and supporting project execution and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools (e.g. ADO (preferred), Power BI, ServiceNow) to support transparency, accountability, and performance monitoring
  • Experience with Agile project delivery in a technical environment
  • Working knowledge of other project delivery methodologies
  • Working knowledge of risk identification, change control, and stakeholder communication in technical environments
  • Basic skill in translating technical updates into business-friendly reporting formats and supporting leadership presentations

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Professional Certifications (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PMP, PMI- ACP, PgMP, SAFe Practitioner, ITIL, or Cloud (AWS/Azure) certifications).
  • Working knowledge of systems architecture, DevOps, or cloud services basics
  • Experience creating or maintaining ADO dashboards
  • Experience driving projects that implemented, upgraded, or modified the ServiceNow platform
