Seeking a Project Manager to support complex commercial construction projects across the Southern Maine to Midcoast region. This role offers high visibility, ownership interaction, and the opportunity to manage projects ranging from retail fit-outs to major 75M builds.

What You'll Do as the Project Manager:

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor coordination
  • Partner closely with field leadership and ownership
  • Lead client communication and ensure expectations are exceeded
  • Contribute to process improvements and potential expansion into new trade capabilities
