What you will do:

As the Corporate Technical Projects Manager, you will:

  • Manage multiple concurrent manufacturing, engineering, and new product development projects from initiation through completion
  • Lead both tactical and strategic projects while driving continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as the liaison between shop floor personnel, engineering teams, customers, and senior leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, resolve issues, and drive accountability across project teams
  • Manage customer-facing project communications and define technical and operational requirements
  • Analyze project data and performance metrics to improve future project execution
  • Support manufacturing operations through process optimization, standardization, and efficiency improvements
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Manage engineering resource utilization and project prioritization
  • Make recommendations regarding project acceptance, feasibility, and capacity requirements
  • Oversee project-related budget spending and performance objectives

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing, engineering, consumer products, or industrial environments
  • Experience managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, implementation, and reporting
  • Strong analytical, data analysis, and statistical analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Experience facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams

  • Prefer PMP Certification experience in OEM Equipment Design and Manufacturing
