This is a strategic leadership role within a Project Management Office in which you will lead complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment, working directly with senior and executive leadership, divisional teams, and external stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and direct mission-critical business optimization and technology initiatives using structured PMO frameworks
  • Provide regular project updates to senior and executive leadership, managing expectations and addressing stakeholder concerns
  • Facilitate project planning sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, resource allocations, RAID logs, budgets, progress reports, and change requests
  • Apply Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies strategically to balance structure and flexibility based on project needs
  • Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues
  • Allocate resources effectively, track project progress, and adjust timelines and schedules as needed
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to measure goal achievement, capture lessons learned, and gather stakeholder feedback
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to project team members across multiple initiatives
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in large-scale, complex information technology environments with demonstrated process improvement results
  • Proven expertise with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile project methodologies in real-world implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience implementing or supporting enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, Procore, ERP platforms, or Clarity PPM (preferred)
  • Workforce planning experience
  • CRM experience
  • Supply chain experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word)
