Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Irving, TX. The role involves leading and managing cross-functional Agile Scrum teams, driving project solutions, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage cross-functional Agile Scrum teams that are co-located / distributed
• Organize & coordinate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Review & Retrospective
• Contribute towards process improvement, risk & issues resolution, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Product Planning
• Use Agile tools (JIRA, ALM) for Work Item Management, Team Performance, & Reporting
• Use Project management tools (e.g. PTS) to manage project life cycle
• Maintain Teamwork & Collaboration within and across Teams and contribute towards Agile Adoption by all stakeholders
• Plan, Execute, & Deliver the project as per priorities & follow guidelines and standards
• Reporting to various stakeholders including Customers and Senior Leadership team
Qualifications:
Required:
• 12+ years of IT experience and capable of lead and manage cross-functional Agile Scrum teams that are co-located / distributed
• 3+ years of Project Management OR Scrum Master experience and well versed with IT Project SDLC
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills and able to drive solutions
• Excellent communication skills and able to lead meetings with various stakeholders and drive Projects end to end
• Project Management skills, Planning, Scheduling, Status Reporting, Issue/Risk Management
• Organize & coordinate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Review & Retrospective
• Contribute towards process improvement, risk & issues resolution, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Product Planning
• Use Agile tools (JIRA, ALM) for Work Item Management, Team Performance, & Reporting
• Use Project management tools (e.g. PTS) to manage project life cycle
• Maintain Teamwork & Collaboration within and across Teams and contribute towards Agile Adoption by all stakeholders
• Plan, Execute, & Deliver the project as per priorities & follow guidelines and standards
• Motivated to work with people and execute projects delivery
• Need knowledge and experience in any of the distributed platforms like Java/J2EE, AI/Client, Python, Angular, Microservices etc to clear the technical round. But they no need to code though
• Also need basic knowledge in Gen AI. But no experience is needed
• Professional Certification/Training and demonstrated experience in Agile Scrum Project Management, with a thorough understanding of agile concepts
• Experience in use of Agile Work item management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Project Management Tools
• Reporting to various stakeholders including Customers and Senior Leadership team
• Self-motivated to learn new Tools, Technology, & Process, and be forward compatible
Preferred:
• IT project management/Scrum master experience in Credits cards, Retail Bank and Mortgage Industry is highly preferred
• PMP, CSM/CSP certifications are preferred
