Job Responsibilities
- Oversee organizational needs and day-to-day operations of the IT department, specifically on the IT Operations side.
- Triage, prioritize, and schedule IT support tasks and provide status communication and excellent customer service to Pine Cove staff requesting support.
- Coordinate basic support for Pine Cove's core operational systems, including, but not limited to, Jumpcloud, ClickUp, Google Workspace, iCampPro, Workday, and Salesforce (no previous experience req'd).
- Assist with escalating issues as needed to Pine Cove staff engineers or technology vendors using clear written and verbal communication.
- Manage other administrative needs of the IT department including bill processing, overseeing the IT maintenance calendar, and supporting team members in these and other processes.
- Responsible for other tasks as directed.
Job Qualifications
