Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the IT Department with general administrative tasks and processes, supplying excellent customer service, and helping manage departmental projects. Specific areas include: help desk support and ownership, correspondence scheduling, bill processing, operational support, and project management. This position exemplifies the core values of Pine Cove by being Christ-centered, others-focused, and seriously fun.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee organizational needs and day-to-day operations of the IT department, specifically on the IT Operations side.
  • Triage, prioritize, and schedule IT support tasks and provide status communication and excellent customer service to Pine Cove staff requesting support.
  • Coordinate basic support for Pine Cove's core operational systems, including, but not limited to, Jumpcloud, ClickUp, Google Workspace, iCampPro, Workday, and Salesforce (no previous experience req'd).
  • Assist with escalating issues as needed to Pine Cove staff engineers or technology vendors using clear written and verbal communication.
  • Manage other administrative needs of the IT department including bill processing, overseeing the IT maintenance calendar, and supporting team members in these and other processes.
  • Responsible for other tasks as directed.

Job Qualifications

  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Moderate computer skills and a general curiosity for learning new technologies / technical skills
