Job Summary:
Eleven Recruiting is a specialized technology staffing agency supporting professional and financial services companies. Their client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage technology projects within the middle office, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee, lead and manage technology projects within the middle office, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and/or review detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
• Ensure adherence to the Project Management framework. Train and educate the team as needed.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Assist project team in identifying risks, issues and path to green scenarios.
• Lead project review processes, including ROIs and After-Action Review.
• Work closely with business units, technology teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create decks communicating programs or project progress, including risk, issues and etc.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of credit products to guide project decisions and implementation.
• Ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of middle office functions, including trade processing, risk management, and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to credit products and middle office operations.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure project success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs and issue trackers.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
