Essential Functions
• Work closely with internal (and/or external) teams to understand the scope of work, goals, deliverables, and timeline to ensure project success.
• Examine resource requirements and availability needed for project.
• Essential functions as outlined in Project Manager I.
• Contributes to projects and teams in an above average manner.
• Liaises between project members, cross functional teams, external vendors and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, schedule, requirements, cost and meeting plans are communicated.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones and deadlines.
• Plans meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track tasks.
• Create project plans, timelines, and milestone achievements.
• Ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources.
• Measure and monitor project performance. Create and review project status reports.
• Coordinate the efforts of the project team through detailed planning efforts.
• Initiates corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the project.
• Ensure appropriate visibility and communication of the project.
• Collect post-project feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure that all project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division's quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years related experience, or experience in lieu of education.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
