Job description

Position Summary
The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. This individual manages day-to-day project operations, leads and mentors Assistant Project Managers, and ensures alignment with company standards, client expectations, and contract requirements. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager drives performance across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company best practices.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager to implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and driving best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive construction management experience, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
  • Proven success managing projects in sectors such as hospitality, data centers, healthcare, or large-scale commercial work.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing junior staff.
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
