Job Title: Sr. Technical Project Manager (hybrid- onsite Monday- Thursday)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

Job Overview:

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology-focused projects across the organization. This role ensures initiatives are executed on schedule, aligned with security, compliance, and change management standards, and communicated effectively to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. The position requires strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, networking, and enterprise IT environments, corporate security requirements, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical dependencies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical, infrastructure, and security projects from planning through completion, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate change management activities, including maintenance windows, deployment calls, and communications.
  • Manage communications within the department and across the company. Ensure all stakeholders and teams potentially impacted are informed. Ensure appropriate and timely communications are made to external clients.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and cross-team communication across IT, Operations, Security, and Software Development.
  • Coordinate Quality Assurance testing, ensuring engineering resources are engaged and testing plans are validated.
  • Ensure all project documentation, e.g. implementation plans, testing plans, change tickets, etc., is complete and compliant.
  • Manage Provisioning Requests within the ITSM system, triaging and assigning work to engineering teams.
  • Track and support security patching activities across servers, cloud, and network platforms.
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and governance processes.
  • Will work with AI enablement projects throughout the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing technical, infrastructure, security, and AI enablement projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of on-prem, cloud, and network infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), change management, and compliance processes.
  • Familiar with enterprise security processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive communication and reporting.
  • Highly organized with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting security, compliance, or audit initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Background working with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
  • 5 years of project management experience in a technical environment
  • Experience coordinating work with offshore or distributed teams
