Job Description:

Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet business requirements while managing technical aspects like development, integration, and configuration, requiring a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and strong project management skills to bridge the gap between technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities of a Salesforce Technical PM:

Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize features for development.

Solution Design:

Architect Salesforce solutions including custom objects, fields, workflows, and integrations, considering scalability and performance.

Project Planning:

Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Team Management:

Lead cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, testers, and business analysts, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient collaboration.

Technical Oversight:

Review technical designs, code, and configurations to ensure quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Agile Methodology:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to manage project delivery.
