About the Job

You will oversee and coordinate Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) projects across government, commercial and institutional facilities. This role is responsible for managing projects from kickoff through closeout while coordinating closely with field technicians, customers, and internal operations teams to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract requirements.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned TAB projects, from scheduling through final delivery.
  • Plan and manage project scope, labor, scheduling, and resources in coordination with field technicians.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates related to schedule, labor, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate required tools, PPE, equipment, and specialty materials to support field execution.
  • Review and prioritize deliverables to meet customer and contract requirements.
  • Identify change orders, extra work, or scope changes not included in original contracts.
  • Participate in job meetings and support smooth project closeout and documentation.


What We Are Looking for

  • Business or Engineering bachelor's degreeOR minimum of 3 years' experience managing projects and work teams, preferably in TAB, HVAC, or mechanical construction.
