Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Job ID: 26-02915
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 08 months on W2 contract
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system deployments and SDLC initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience managing software implementations, and a background in contract management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead end-to-end CLM and SDLC implementation projects.
  • Gather and document business/technical requirements.
  • Create workflows using Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Drive projects from requirements through deployment and delivery.


Required Qualifications:
 

  • 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience managing SDLC implementations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems or contract management processes.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Visio or Lucidchart for process/workflow mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred:
 

  • Experience with consulting firms such as EY, PwC, Deloitte, or Accenture.
  • Experience working closely with Legal teams.


Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $80.00 per hour.
