Job Overview

This role applies advanced diagnostics to resolve non-obvious issues and implements corrective actions. They ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards across all work activities. Their expertise enhances equipment performance and operational reliability.

Accountabilities

1. Perform Complex Technical Work The Specialist performs complex installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration across manufacturing and utility systems. They interpret specifications and technical drawings to guide activities. This ensures accuracy and reliability of technical work.
2. Organize Cross-Team Technical Tasks They plan and coordinate technical activities involving multiple teams or functions. Work is sequenced to minimize production impact. This supports seamless execution of major technical efforts.
3. Lead Advanced Diagnostics and Corrective Actions They analyze system data and use advanced diagnostic tools to resolve complex issues. Root causes and corrective plans are defined and implemented. This reduces recurring problems and strengthens reliability.
4. Manage Technical Processes or Projects They own specific technical processes or lead major technical projects. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and coordinating required tasks. This ensures compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements.
5. Apply and Promote Technical Standards They enforce safety and technical standards across all assigned work. They identify risks and drive corrective actions. This maintains safe, high-quality operations.
