Job description

About the role:

Mechanical Technician - Contract approximately 3 months (July 27th - October 15th)

You will train at the Manning location prior to site.

You will report on site to the Three-Mile Island Nuclear Plant for a special project.

You will report to the site supervisor of the project.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a new project.

You will work Monday - Thursday 44 hours a week. Per Diem if you live 50 miles from site will be 7 days a week.

We need very strong mechanically inclined nuclear workers.

Key Responsibilities:

You will drill plugs in containment.

Qualifications:

  • Nuclear work experience 3+ years
  • 6 months of mechanical work or education
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability
  • Long handle tool, under water cutting experience 1 month
  • Decon tech experience 3 months
  • Rigging background
  • Respirator fit required
  • You will be pass a nuclear background and drug screen
