Job description

CORE MISSION: A Coordinator is responsible to organize, plan, schedule and assist in project delivery activities to support a group, team and/or project, including research, technical data organization and analysis, project-related communication, budget tracking, billing, schedule updates, document controls, and submittals.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Industry experience in a professional services or construction environment
  • An Associate's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred;
  • Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the United States
SKILLS amp; UNDERSTANDING:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and project management software.
  • Familiarity with fundamental best practices in project management.
  • Competency for research, organization, documentation, and process execution.
  • Ability to comprehend, review, edit and/or execute project correspondence, technical reports, and contract requirements.
  • Familiarity with CAD software.
  • Ability to problem-solve, communicate and collaborate with peers and project stakeholders.
EXPECTATIONS FOR THE "PROJECT" TITLE
  • Are established practitioners with consistent, competent and developing abilities across categories of project planning, technical aptitude and teamwork.
  • Has at least 3 years of relevant experience.
LOCATION
  • This position requires you to work directly in our client offices in North Las Vegas on a Monday - Friday 0800 - 1630 schedule (30-minute lunch break).
