Job Description

Experian Marketing Services is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Product Team that builds our digital and offline identity graphs.

You will implement product strategy, understanding market needs, creating requirements and roadmaps, understanding market conditions and competitive dynamics. You will work with data science to conduct R&D, and engineering teams to build and deliver products. You will also work with product commercialization leads who launch our products. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all downstream uses of graph products, both internal and external, to ensure maximum performance against all use cases.
  • Convert needs into requirements for the ongoing build and maintenance of our online and offline identity graphs.
  • Work with product owners and technical development teams to guide the delivery of product roadmaps for new graph products and enhancements.
  • Monitor performance metrics of our graph products and lead opportunities to improve performance metrics.
  • Oversee privacy and data governance requirements for all graph products and derivatives.
  • Engage with data partners to improve data supply networks and ensure upstream data quality
  • Guide improvement projects by partnering with the Experian strategy, data science and development teams to test new MVPs that solve market problems.
  • Implement the defined future state plans and strategies for building our graphs.
  • Participate in trade association working groups within the data-driven marketing ecosystem (ie: NAI, IAB)
  • Minimal travel required depending on your work location
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 5+ years of strong consumer marketing experience with an understanding of the adtech/martech ecosystem.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role
  • Hands-on experience with identity graphs used for online and offline marketing and advertising
  • Can formulate ways to overcome obstacles, fight for our products\' success in market, and own the path forward on both existing and new products
  • Experience explaining complex concepts in simple terms to a variety of internal and external audiences

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
