Overview
The Technical Program Manager will support the successful delivery of internet speed enhancements for customers. The role requires program coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders, using technical knowledge, strategic planning, leadership skills, and strong execution discipline to oversee a tested program. The ideal candidate will understand how to advance program requirements, develop detailed technology-oriented plans, track program progress, manage stakeholder engagement, and analyze large data sets daily in Excel while working with multiple cross functional teams to drive immediate resolution. This is a long term, onsite role in Denver, CO. All qualified candidates must live and work in Denver on site 3 days per week in office and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope and timeline.
• Develop and manage program schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on program status regularly to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the customer experience is not interrupted.
• Review large Excel data files and analyze fallout results while working with required groups for immediate resolution.
• Communicate regularly with senior management regarding the status of specific projects, blockers, and issues.
• Manage Walk-On stakeholder relationships and requirements through bi-weekly management meetings.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or risks that could affect the successful delivery of the project.

Candidates must have strong technical program management experience, proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups, and the ability to use data analysis to support timely project decisions and issue resolution. Candidates must have the following:
• Minimum of 5-8 years program or project management experience in technology focused environments.
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguity across multiple cross functional teams.
• Ability to analyze large data sets daily and translate findings into clear action items for resolution.
• Strong senior stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to clearly report status, blockers, and risks.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and requirements through recurring management meetings.
• Experience with software development methodologies.
• High proficiency with Excel is required, including VLOOKUPs, large data set filters, and adding fields for analysis.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Tableau reporting.
• Telecom industry experience is required.
• Agent OS or SCOPE experience for account review is a plus.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative focused field of study.
• PMP, PMI or equivalent program/project certification is preferred.
Compensation
Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $115,000-130,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
