  • Leads change management initiatives across feature teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective release management, while aligning project outcomes with the technical roadmap and overarching product or business objectives.
  • Identifies and manages cross-pillar dependencies within the TCIO organization, working with engineering teams to address gaps and issues.
  • Partners with Engineering Leads from the Execution and Finance pillars, driving seamless project execution to consistently meet team and organizational objectives.
  • Serves as a critical conduit between Product teams and Business Managers, proactively identifying gaps and challenges and mobilizing technical teams to deliver effective, timely solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proven experience leading technical project migrations, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects and change initiatives from inception to successful delivery.
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in Securities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc or other finance-related functions within a major banking institution.
