  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end in fast-moving environments
  • Strong technical fluency (APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, ML concepts) to scope work, surface risks, and make tradeoffs visible
  • Excellent at breaking big initiatives into milestones, dependencies, and clear owners; runs tight planning, standups, and retros
  • Relentless about execution: unblocks teams, manages scope, and drives decisions with high judgment
