We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed.

The Technical Program Manager serves as the primary integration point between customers and Senra's internal teams, ensuring customer requirements are successfully translated into executable manufacturing plans. This role owns customer opportunities from RFQ through production handoff and launch readiness, driving alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management. This role is dedicated to Senra's Tier 1 and Prime strategic accounts, providing end-to-end ownership from initial RFQ through production handoff. Standard accounts are managed through the established estimating and program management workflow.

The TPM is responsible for managing scope, schedule, risk, and execution readiness while supporting the development of accurate cost estimates and proposals. This individual will act as the connective tissue between customer requirements and manufacturing execution, ensuring programs are positioned for successful delivery.

What you'll own:

Own Customer Opportunities from RFQ Through Production Handoff

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for customer opportunities from initial RFQ through successful transition into production,.with a primary focus on Tier 1 accounts
  • Ensure customer requirements, scope, assumptions, risks, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated across all stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary integration layer between customer requirements and internal execution teams.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management to ensure customer requirements can be successfully executed.
  • Align priorities, drive decision-making, and resolve issues that could impact schedule, cost, quality, or customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews and ensure accountability for key deliverables and milestones.

Manage Program Readiness and Risk

  • Identify technical, operational, supply chain, and schedule risks early in the quoting and launch process and drive mitigation plans to closure.
  • Facilitate readiness reviews to ensure material availability, manufacturing capability, tooling, documentation, inspection requirements, and staffing plans are in place prior to production release.
  • Escalate critical risks and resource constraints when necessary.

Own Schedule and Customer Commitments

  • Develop and maintain milestone plans for quoting, engineering reviews, material procurement, and production launch activities.
  • Track progress against commitments and proactively address delays or execution risks.
  • Ensure customer commitments are aligned with operational capabilities and resource availability.

Support Estimating and Proposal Development

  • Review drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical data packages to ensure accurate understanding of customer requirements.
  • Partner with Estimating, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to develop competitive and executable proposals.
  • Support development of labor estimates, manufacturing assumptions, and cost targets that align with production capabilities.
  • Identify technical and operational risks that may impact cost, schedule, or execution.

Support Change Management and Scope Alignment

  • Coordinate customer-driven changes, engineering updates, and evolving requirements to ensure accurate cost, schedule, and execution plans.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate the impact of scope changes and communicate recommendations.
  • Support configuration control and production readiness throughout the program lifecycle.

Provide Program Visibility

  • Lead recurring cross-functional reviews to track open actions, risks, dependencies, and customer commitments.
  • Maintain risk and issue logs, action item tracking, and program status reporting.
  • Provide concise updates to leadership highlighting key decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and execution priorities.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs from concept through production.
  • Strong understanding of wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing processes, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and customer technical requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive execution across multiple teams and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Bonus Points

  • Experience managing customer programs in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems and requirements.
  • Experience supporting quoting, estimating, or manufacturing launch activities.
  • Experience with NPI, production ramp, or manufacturing readiness reviews.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup manufacturing environments.

Compensation: 

  • Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. 
  • Salary Range: $120,000-$200,000
