With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives across engineering and product development teams. Working closely with engineering, IT, product, and business leaders, you'll help shape the future of how we develop products and scale engineering excellence!

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Experience leading technical programs, engineering initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, IT, and business teams.
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience driving process improvements, technology adoption, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and build partnerships across multiple organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
  • Experience with PLM, MBSE, digital engineering, AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, or automation technologies.
  • Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, product development, or engineering-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering principles and modern software development practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
Base Pay Range: $129,600.00 - $220,300.00 Annually
