This role is responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing development and infrastructure operations, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across systems and teams. Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of ~40 engineers across development and infrastructure functions.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices in design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage infrastructure operations including cloud/on-prem environments, availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, processes, and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering productivity, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.
