Senior Technical Program Manager – Electrical Engineering

Salary Up to $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits + HYBRID in Tennessee

We’re recruiting a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development and launch of next-generation smart-home and connected consumer products.

This is a hands-on technical role, not a traditional project management position. You’ll work across Electrical Engineering, R&D, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers to take new products from concept through production.

Responsibilities you’ll focus on as the Senior Technical Program Manager:

  • Lead new electronic product development from concept through launch
  • Provide technical leadership for electrical controls, PCBA design, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Support connected products using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, and related wireless technologies

Minimum requirements for this Senior Technical Program Manager position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or closely related field.
  • At least 10 years of consumer electronics, smart-home, IoT, or related product development experience.
  • At least 5 years leading technical engineering projects/programs – can be within the 10-year requirement above.
  • Strong electrical hardware, controls, PCB/PCBA experience.
  • Experience with Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, or other wireless technologies.
  • Experience taking products through R&D, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and launch.
  • Thread, Zigbee, and Matter experience is a plus, but not required.
