Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic, high-impact technical initiatives across our platform engineering organizations. This role serves as a critical bridge between engineering, product, security and business stakeholders, driving execution excellence, operational scale and organizational alignment.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional program leadership skills, enabling them to manage complex cross-functional programs, drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and deliver innovative Agent and Client-facing experiences. Success in this role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for improving engineering effectiveness in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs β€” from planning and prioritization through execution, launch, and post-implementation review.
  • Drive execution of business-critical initiatives (incl. Agent- and Client-facing features), coordinating multi-team, multi-location efforts across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers; establish program governance, reporting, and execution standards.
  • Partner with engineering leadership on quarterly/annual roadmaps and track KPIs, operational metrics, and executive dashboards.
  • Champion Agile delivery and drive initiatives that improve developer productivity, delivery efficiency, and engineering velocity.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level, data-driven communications.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong grounding in SDLC, Agile methodologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD/DevOps.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to influence both technical and executive audiences.
  • Expertise in program planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and governance, with strong analytical, data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience defining and managing KPIs, operational metrics, and executive reporting.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience managing mobile engineering programs and large-scale application delivery.
  • Knowledge of security platforms, security frameworks, and secure software development practices.
  • Experience participating in threat modeling exercises and driving security-focused engineering initiatives.
  • Exposure to developer productivity, platform engineering, or engineering excellence programs.
  • Experience in real estate technology, marketplace platforms, or consumer-facing digital products.
