Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with an Active TS/SCI Clearance to oversee a large-scale program and its associated cloud migrations. This role involves managing technical vendor relationships and supporting the data engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee complex technical programs, managing scope, schedule, risk, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with technical vendors, such as Databricks, to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Lead and support a team focused on cloud migrations and data platform initiatives.
  • Engage with engineers, business leaders, partners, and government stakeholders to ensure clear communication and program execution.
  • Drive program execution using Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent technical projects, ensuring customer outcomes are met.
  • Coordinate with technology partners and cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI REQUIRED with ability to obtain Full-Scope Poly
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a delivery leadership role supporting complex technical initiatives is required. Candidates must have demonstrated experience delivering federal programs.
Skills:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Experience managing relationships with technology partners and cloud providers.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies.
  • Technical fluency with modern data platforms and architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading customer-facing technical programs involving data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML workloads.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark , Delta Lake, or MLflow concepts.
  • Experience overseeing the design and delivery of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to guide teams in optimizing the performance and cost-efficiency of data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating integrations between data platforms and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Working knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance requirements within regulated environments.
  • Prior experience in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management.
  • Experience delivering programs related to Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
  • Program or project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
  • Possession of a current CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
