Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex technical programs from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive enterprise software delivery, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
  • Provide clear program status, metrics, and progress updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities in large enterprise environments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program delivery processes, governance, and execution.
  • Use tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet to track program progress and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs involving software engineering, cloud infrastructure, application development, and cross-functional technology teams.
  • Strong experience in Technical Program Management and enterprise software delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software delivery practices.
