Job description

8+ years’ experience in delivering projects
Candidate have 4+ years’ experience Scrum Master experience in Data warehouse & AI development projects
• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies with Data and AI team
• Identify and assist with removing impediments
• Escalate impediments through JIRA board
• Provide continuous coaching to Product Owner and Dev Team
• Resource Planning (Holidays, Vacation, etc.)
• Documentation of Retro Feedback & drive for implementing process improvements
• Bi-weekly Reporting of scrum team status to the Program (Goals, Burndown, Achievements, Issues, Risks, Mitigation plans)
• Communicate effectively to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Be proficient in JIRA & Confluence
• Understand the status of each member of the team
• Provide transparency to Hitachi and client Lead about the state of the Scrum Team
-Process Flows
-Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
-Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
-Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
-Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
-Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
-Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
