Job Title: Sr Scrum Master / Agile Coach (healthcare Domain/Industry)
Location: Remote 100%
Job Type: Contract/Full-Time

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in healthcare and Medicare-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Support the adoption of Agile in new teams or organizations by tailoring practices to team maturity levels

Required Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required; certifications as Agile Coach, Product Owner, or SAFe are a strong plus
  • 8–10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong familiarity with work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
