The Program Manager will help build and program manage a cross-functional Ford charging network considering customer experience, business needs, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator, and a leader who can build relationships across teams at all levels of the organization.

You must have a proven ability to ingest rapidly evolving business needs and deliver operational results in a complex environment. The right candidate will have the skills to develop and implement processes from a clean slate, have a deliberate and consistent approach to their work, and will enjoy gleaning and communicating insights to continually improve program processes. This position reports directly to the Director, Charging Systems and Operation

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Lead program execution - managing key partner or customer programs ensuring that all internal and external resources execute against the agreed plan
  • Lead the program process/framework, as well as lead the Data Analysis/ Reporting dashboard team member
  • Support Ford charging programs by identifying, structuring, communicating, and working cross functionally to execute program efficiencies
  • Use operational experience and data to close feedback loops between Ford teams(HW/SW/System/App/external vendor/Customer Support/Business verticals to manage milestones on network strategy, site deployment, product introductions and ongoing operations.
  • Support necessary cadences with third-party vendors necessary for releasing public charging software
  • Support the team's operating rhythm by hosting standing meetings across working teams and leadership levels while managing accountability for follow-up actions.
  • Growth mindset to expand program and team to deliver at scale.
  • Ability to consider voice of the customer(s) in program development and execution
Qualifications

You'll have...

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience supporting business strategy, operations, and customer success.
  • Electric vehicle, charging, or energy industry experience.
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • High level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with an emphasis on cross-functional program management.
  • Ability to utilize cross-functional project management and analysis tools to manage teams and projects efficiently (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Office Suite, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complexity and ambiguity into manageable progress.
  • Required to communicate via Slack, e-mail, and phone.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
