About Your Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager within Issuer Solutions, you will lead large-scale technology programs that are critical to business success. You'll drive cross-functional execution, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives on time, within budget, and with high quality.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs with significant executive visibility
  • Define program scope, success criteria, governance, and integrated timelines while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned and informed through transparent communication, clear reporting, and effective decision-making forums
  • Ensure program execution follows established FTS governance models, methodologies, and delivery standards
  • Identify delivery challenges, evaluate alternatives, and drive issue resolution and escalation activities to maintain program objectives
  • Provide matrix leadership to program and project managers while holding teams accountable for delivery, quality, and business outcomes
  • Manage program financials, including business cases, forecasts, spend approvals, actuals, and budget tracking
  • Oversee client communications, end-to-end testing, cutover readiness, implementation activities, and formal signoff prior to production go-live

Experience You'll Need to Have

  • 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, large-scale technology initiatives, or management consulting engagements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering large, complex infrastructure transformation, technology modernization, or data center consolidation programs
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams spanning multiple business units and stakeholder groups
  • 5+ years of experience applying formal program and project management methodologies throughout the full delivery lifecycle
  • 3+ years of experience managing program budgets, forecasts, financial controls, and investment planning for enterprise initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive stakeholders and delivering programs with significant organizational impact
  • Strong risk management, dependency management, and governance expertise within complex technology environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

Experience That Would Be Great to Have

  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide programs with executive sponsorship and high organizational visibility
  • Experience working within a PMO or formal governance-driven delivery organization
  • Experience leading operational transition, migration, cutover, or production readiness efforts
  • Experience managing client-facing communications and formal acceptance or signoff processes
  • Experience delivering programs with regulatory, security, compliance, or quality-related requirements
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or comparable program management certification

How you'll work:

  • Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through Friday
  • This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis
  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime that includes weekends and holidays
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment

Travel:

  • Approximately 15% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected

Salary Range

$150,000.00 - $240,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
