Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Financial/Fintech Focus
Location: Alpharetta, GA -Hybrid from day one ( 3 days a week)
Face to face required-Alpharetta or NYC
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager, preferably with a background in finance or fintech, to lead and execute large-scale, interconnected programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination, risk management, and strategic delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large programs comprising multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
  • Formulate, organize, monitor, and coordinate cross-project activities to facilitate collaboration and timely completion.
  • Develop resource allocation plans and oversee budget management to optimize program efficiency.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide project managers to ensure best practices and high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee program-level reporting, including tracking risks, issues, and overall status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership, highlighting program progress and potential challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Foster effective collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and clients, especially those interacting with large enterprises over extended periods.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing large, complex programs with interconnected projects.
  • Background or familiarity with financial services, fintech, banking, or related domains is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding project teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strategic relationships with large clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive risk management.

Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or industry-specific credentials.
  • Experience working with large financial or fintech firms over a sustained period.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and fintech platforms.
