Technical Program Managers (TPMs) drive programs end-to-end-ensuring alignment, execution, and impact. In an AI-first world, TPMs go further: they design systems, automate workflows, and scale execution through intelligent solutions.

As the Director, Technical Program Management for Agentforce Operations, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our growth. You'll partner across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations to deliver programs that are not only on time-but scalable, automated, and increasingly AI-driven.

This is an individual contributor role for a builder-someone who thrives in ownership, operates at executive altitude, and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Your Impact
  • Lead complex programs from planning through execution, aligning scope, timelines, and business goals

  • Design and implement AI-first program frameworks, incorporating automation and intelligent workflows

  • Partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor to drive clarity, prioritization, and outcomes

  • Drive cross-functional alignment through structured cadences, metrics, and decision frameworks

  • Manage dependencies across teams and proactively resolve risks and blockers

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency

  • Apply AI and agent-based workflows to streamline execution and reduce coordination overhead

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Build AI agents and multi-agent pipelines that automate status, risk detection, and reporting

  • Define metrics for AI adoption and impact across the org

  • Codify reusable AI assets-skills, prompts, agents-so wins scale across teams

  • Pilot emerging AI capabilities on real work; standardize what proves out

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related roles

  • 10+ years leading SaaS product development programs

  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Experience applying AI, automation, or workflow tools to improve business processes

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, copilots, or intelligent systems

  • Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, business impact

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Deep understanding of Agile and software development lifecycle

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Track record of improving systems, processes, or operating models

  • Hands-on with AI agent frameworks (Claude/Agentforce, MCP tools)-builds, not just directs

  • Automated a real workflow end-to-end with AI, with measurable effort saved

  • Comfortable scripting to prototype automations and validate AI output
