Job Summary:
Echo IT Solutions is a company seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee key program and platform initiatives. The role involves managing stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective UAT processes, and applying Agile practices to enhance team performance.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the system platform offerings, business practices and client initiatives.
• Assist the Client Enablement Lead with requirements; develop functional specifications, use cases, process flow diagrams and product documentation writing.
• Take ownership of the UAT process for all initiatives – create test plans and ensure execution by all stakeholders, i.e., clients and the technology team.
• Attend scrum meetings and apply Agile practices to manage and measure the team's overall performance. Look for opportunities to improve agile practices.
• Enforce procedures across the squads to improve the overall operations of the team.
• Knowledge management activities such as documentation of system processes and application feature demonstrations with client and/or technical teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong background in agile practices
• QA/UAT testing experience
• Technical writing skills
• Ability to understand application workflows, data rules, and business logic
• Active engagement across multiple stakeholders in technology and business teams
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage and prioritize numerous simultaneous large projects, small tasks, and ad-hoc requests
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to succinctly articulate complex concepts
