What Does a Technical Product Manager Do?

Technical project managers develop and oversee a company’s technology projects. They may focus on one project at a time, or they may manage several projects at once. When you take on the role of a technical project manager, your job duties include establishing the scope and expectations of the project with your employer, creating timelines and deadlines, helping the development team prioritize tasks and troubleshoot technical issues, and check for quality control.
