Job Summary
The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements.
Essentialย  Roles, Duties & Responsibilities

  • User Stories & Requirements: Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps applications. Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
  • Platform Management: Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Development Collaboration: Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execution.
  • Documentation: Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities. Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features.
  • Backlog Management: Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to read and understand C# code, and leverage prior experience with API development, SQL Server, and Postman or Bruno, to drive technical platform initiatives.
