Job description

We're seeking a Technical Producer for Almost Athletes to help steward the show across all phases of preparation and execution. Reporting to the Head of Podcasts, you will serve as the technical lead, balancing high-energy sports and entertainment capture with the operational discipline required for premium execution. This position blends technical oversight, field production, and operational coordination, with opportunities to contribute creatively over time.

The Technical Producer will help guide execution, support idea development, oversee pre-production and capture of social content for the channel, protect the brand, and ensure each episode reflects the energy, quality, and integrity our audience expects. This role is responsible for owning the technical execution of the podcast on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistency, reliability, and quality across all recordings.
