The Technical Partner Manager serves as the primary technical point of contact for SMB Restaurant ecosystem partners throughout the partnership lifecycle. Build strong working relationships with partner product, engineering, implementation, and support teams.
Support partner onboarding, technical engagement, governance meetings, and ongoing relationship management activities. Coordinate ongoing communication between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution. Maintain partner technical profiles, integration documentation, and ecosystem knowledge.
What you'll own:
  • Lead technical discovery activities for prospective and existing partners.
  • Evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows, architecture designs, implementation requirements, and technical fit within the Genius ecosystem.
  • Identify integration opportunities, potential technical risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to gather and communicate technical requirements.
  • Provide technical recommendations that support partner prioritization and business case development.
  • Develop and manage partner integration plans from technical evaluation through production launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Product, Engineering, QA, Technical Services, Operations, Support, and partner technical teams.
  • Track implementation milestones, dependencies, certification activities, testing schedules, launch readiness criteria, and deployment plans.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and remove obstacles that impact partner delivery timelines.
  • Drive execution and accountability throughout the integration lifecycle.Manage the certification process for partner integrations supporting SMB Restaurant customers.
  • Ensure partners successfully complete testing requirements, operational readiness reviews, documentation requirements, and certification standards.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, pilot programs, launch readiness reviews, and production deployment activities.
  • Verify support procedures, escalation paths, knowledge base documentation, and operational processes prior to launch.
  • Support successful partner launches and post-launch stabilization activities.Provide ongoing technical guidance and enablement to ecosystem partners.
  • Coordinate access to technical documentation, APIs, development resources, testing environments, and support channels.
  • Help partners adopt integration best practices and platform standards.
  • Monitor partner adoption, integration utilization, and operational performance.
  • Identify improvement opportunities that enhance customer experience, integration quality, and partner satisfaction.Serve as a primary coordinator for technical escalations impacting SMB Restaurant partners and customers.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Support, and Operations teams to investigate issues and coordinate resolutions.

  • Maintain alignment between partner technical roadmaps and Genius platform capabilities.
  • Ensure a consistent partner experience throughout onboarding, integration delivery, launch, and long-term support.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience in technical partnerships, technical account management, implementation consulting, solution engineering, technical program management, or related technology roles.
  • Experience supporting API integrations, SaaS platforms, POS systems, commerce platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed
